Nursing Home Divestiture and Corporate Restructuring: Final Report
This project builds on previous ASPE-funded research on nursing homes. Specifically, a study of the nursing home liability insurance market conducted by MedStat which found that many nursing home chains have been reacting to environmental changes by divesting ownership of facilities in certain markets and pursuing other types of corporate restructuring.
