Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I modify my registration from in-person to videocast?

A: On your confirmation email, there should be a link to modify. Clicking on this link will bring you to the event website and prompt you for your confirmation number (also included in the confirmation email). After entering your confirmation number, the event page will appear. Click on the tab at the top that reads "My Registration." Click the "Unregister" button and follow the prompts. To register for the videocast option, re-register on the main event website.

Q: I originally registered for videocast but I'd like to attend in-person now. How can I modify my registration?

A: Unfortunately, registration for in-person attendance is closed. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please designate your preference by answering "yes" to the question "If more space is made available, would you prefer to attend in-person?" when registering for the videocast option.

Q: Are those on the waitlist automatically registered for the videocast?

A: Everyone who registered on the CVENT site (those participating in-person, registered for the videocast, and on the waitlist) will receive an email approximately 1-week prior to the Summit with details on the videocast website. You can also bookmark http://videocast.nih.gov to watch the event live on Oct 16 and 17.

Q: Will the Summit be recorded and available to view afterward?

A: Yes, both days of the Summit will be recorded and available to view online. The URL will be available on this website as soon as the videos are ready.
