This is the third in a series of data briefs based on the information collected for a study of buyers, non-buyers, and non-responders to the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP). The purpose of this data brief is to analyze survey data collected from individuals who neither responded to the Federal offering of LTCI, nor enrolled in the program — that is, "non-responders".

An important component of the ASPE Health (Promotion and Aging Project is the development of such an inventory of health promotion, disease prevention, and health education activities targeted at informal caregivers for HHS.

To fulfill a Presidential mandate, the Department of Health and Human Services established the New Freedom Initiative Workgroup to review efforts that have been initiated in response to the Olmstead decision, and to recommit and refocus the Administration's efforts in promoting the full participation of adults with disabilities in community life.

This technical assistance workshop was the fourth in a series of technical assistance workshops hosted by the Chapin Hall Center for Children for participating states in the Child Indicators Initiative. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, sponsors the Advancing States Child Indicator Initiatives Project.
