Program Evaluation

This is the fourth annual report to Congress describing results from the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) evaluation. This report summarizes changes in CCBHC rates and costs from demonstration year one (DY1) to DY2, performance on quality measures in DY1, and the extent to which states provided quality bonus payments (QBPs) to CCBHCs for DY1.

This case study focuses on how a fatherhood program in rural Ohio—ForeverDads—reaches a subpopulation of fathers through partnerships with area substance use disorder treatment programs. Key lessons and considerations include how human services programs can promote father engagement by:

The Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act of 2018 (Evidence Act) requires federal agencies to create an Evidence-Building plan, otherwise known as a learning agenda. The Evidence-Building Plan is an organization’s way to articulate priority questions and design an approach to developing evidence in support of those questions.

The purpose of this study is to describe and document changes states have made to their Medicaid or other publicly-funded consumer directed home care programs for seniors and individuals with disabilities to comply with the 2013 update to Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations.

This paper describes the primary features of the SASH program and summarizes the main findings of the evaluation to date.

This document provides highlights of the evaluation of the Support and Services at Home (SASH) program for the first years of the program (2010-2016). The SASH program in Vermont is a promising approach to providing support services and care coordination to older adults and individuals with disabilities, using affordable housing properties as a platform for service delivery.

There are multiple pathways to becoming dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. The purpose of this study is to identify the frequency with which these pathways are followed and the beneficiary characteristics and patterns of service use by pathway.
