ASPE’s Language Access Plan reaffirms the Department’s goal of ensuring that every individual has meaningful access to HHS’s programs and services by committing ASPE to make vital information documents accessible to persons with limited English proficiency (LEP) and hearing, vision, speech and other disabilities.
