Dear Mr. Tozzi:
Your request for correction under the Data Quality Act, HHS Information Quality Guidelines, and FDA’s Guidelines for Ensuring the Quality of Information Disseminated to the Public, which was received on September 20, 2010, is still under review. FDA will not be able to meet the date of March 19, 2011, as indicated in prior correspondence. We now anticipate that a response will be forwarded to you by May 19, 2011.
