RE: Request for Correction of ATSDR Mixtures Guidance Document

Dear Mr. Slaughter:

I am writing regarding your request dated December 5, 2005 for correction of information in the Agency for Toxic Substances (ATSDR) Mixtures Guidance Document filed on behalf of the Kansas Corn Growers Association, the Triazine Network, and the Center for Regulatory Effectiveness. Unfortunately, our response to you is still in review and we will not be able to meet the date of February 6, 2006 for a response. We anticipate a reply for you by April 6, 2006.

Sincerely yours,

Drue H. Barrett, Ph.D.
