Advisory Council July 2012 Meeting Announcement

The next meeting of the Advisory Council on Alzheimer's Research, Care, and Services will be held on Monday, July 23, 2012 from 9:00am to 4:30pm at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), 200 Independence Avenue, S.W., Room 800, Washington, D.C. 20201.

The Advisory Council will discuss implementation of the National Plan to Address Alzheimer's Disease. The Advisory Council will allow an open public session for attendees.

 

Public Attendance:  We are asking that those wishing to attend the meeting in person to send an email to napa@hhs.gov with "July 23 meeting attendance" in the Subject line by Friday, July 13, 2012, so that their names may be put on a list of expected attendees and forwarded to the security officers at HHS. Any interested member of the public who is a non-U.S. citizen should include this information at the time of registration to ensure that the appropriate security procedure to gain entry to the building is carried out. Although the meeting is open to the public, procedures governing security and the entrance to federal buildings may change without notice.

 

Public Input:  Time is allocated on the agenda to hear public comments at the end of the meeting. Attendees who wish to make a public comment should indicate so in their email as described above.

In lieu of oral comments, comments may be sent to napa@hhs.gov. Formal written comments may also be submitted for the record to:
