Overview
This issue brief analyzes changes in health insurance coverage and examines disparities in access to care between Latinos and non-Latinos using data from 2013-2020, with a focus on impacts of the Affordable Care Act and the American Rescue Plan. This Issue Brief is part of a series of ASPE Issue Briefs examining the change in coverage rates after implementation of the ACA among select racial and ethnic populations.
