Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA)
The Assisted Living Federation of America is the largest national association exclusively dedicated to professionally operated assisted living communities for seniors. ALFAs member-driven programs promote business and operational excellence through national conferences, research, publications, and executive networks. In addition, ALFA works to influence public policy by advocating for informed choice, quality care, and accessibility for all Americans. Center for Excellence in Assisted Living
The Center for Excellence in Assisted Living is a non-profit collaborative of 11 national organizations that builds upon the work of the Assisted Living Workgroup, which was formed to work with the U.S. Special Committee on Aging on a range of assisted living issues. The Centers purpose is to promote high-quality assisted living and to serve as a national clearinghouse for information about assisted living, including research findings, exemplary practices, training and education materials, and consumer materials.
