04/08/2011

Description

Developed by Efficient Forms and implemented in Colorado in 2009, Seamless Compassion is a web portal to begin the application process for multiple benefit programs. Interactive interview software walks users through a series of questions to screen them for eligibility and then generates pre-filled forms that can be submitted to apply for benefits. The data collected during the screening and application process is capable of interfacing with eligibility determination systems after the application is submitted.
