Date: February 21, 2006

Dear

Your appeal to the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) response relating to your information quality complaint on the Public Health Assessment for Illinois Beach State Park was received by ATSDR on December 22, 2005. While our goal is to respond within 60 days to such appeals, we are unable to do so in this case. We anticipate that a response providing the Agency's views on your appeal will be forwarded to you by April 20, 2006

Sincerely,
