This readme is included in a zip file which packages
a release of an HL7 Implementation Guide for CDA R2:

CDA Framework for Questionnaire Assessments (Universal Realm) and CDA Representation of the Minimum Data Set Questionnaire Assessment (U.S. Realm) Update Release 2.0, DSTU

The above implementation guide is referred to as "QA/MDS" throughout this README file. 

The package was prepared by Alschuler Associates, LLC.

NOTE: The date specified in this implementation guide is the Alschuler Associates delivery date and NOT the final HL7 publication date, thus dates on the cover page and in the footer will change when this document is published through HL7.

entries2cda.xsl			XSLT transform that generates a human readable narrative block from a series of coded entries in an MDS/CDA instance. 
mds.sch				Schematron schema for validating conformance to the QA/MDS implementation guide constraints. 
mds_schematron.xsl		The mds.sch Schematron file converted to XSLT (generates an XML validation report)
mds_voc.xml			A vocabulary lookup file used by mds.sch, mds_schematron.xsl, and entries2cda.xsl.
