Proposal Submissions: Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee

PTAC accepts letters of intent and proposal submissions on a rolling basis. A non-binding LOI is required at least 30 days prior to the submission of a full proposal. The date of LOI submission will not affect the Committee’s assessment of a given proposal.

  • Information for LOI Submissions
    • Provides further details on specific LOI requirements and the submission process. It also includes the LOI template.

PTAC has received the following proposals for physician-focused payment models from members of the public. Complete proposals are generally added to the website within one week of receipt. Each proposal is open for three weeks of public comment and considered by a preliminary review team (PRT) prior to deliberation and voting at a public PTAC meeting. Information related to each proposal will be added to the website when available.

There are currently no active Letters of Intent. Please see the Proposal Submission Instructions for information on how to submit a Letter of Intent to PTAC.
