NTP — Technical Report 494 (Anthraquinone): Interim Response

Dear Mr. Cook:

Thank you for your May 31, 2006, Request for Correction of Information under the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Guidelines for Ensuring the Quality of Information Disseminated to the Public. This office received your request on April 3, 2006.  We also received your July 13, 2006 and July 17, 2006 addendums on July 26, 2006 and July 20, 2006, respectively, as well as your additional information submission on October 31, 2006.

Your request for reconsideration under the National Institutes of Health Guidelines for Ensuring the Quality of Information Disseminated to the Public, submitted on behalf of Chemical Products Corporation, is still under review. While our goal is to respond within 60 days to such requests, we are unable to do so in this case. We anticipate that a response providing the Agency’s views will be forwarded to you by January 15, 2007.

Thank you for your interest in the quality of information disseminated by NIH.

Sincerely,

Peggy Schnoor
