Re: Request for Correction of Information Submitted by Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering to the National Institutes of Health

Dear Mr. King:

I am writing regarding your request dated April 9 for correction of information in the Tenth Edition of the Report on Carcinogens filed on behalf of the Nickel Development Institute, the Nickel Producers Environmental Research Association and Inco, United States. Unfortunately, our response to you is still in review and we were not able to meet the date of September 5, 2003 for a response. We anticipate a reply for you by October 31, 2003.
