SEC. 629. INDEXING PART B DEDUCTIBLE TO INFLATION.
The first sentence of section 1833(b) (42 U.S.C. 1395l(b)) is amended by striking
`and $100 for 1991 and subsequent years' and inserting the following: `, $100
for 1991 through 2004, $110 for 2005, and for a subsequent year the amount of
such deductible for the previous year increased by the annual percentage increase
in the monthly actuarial rate under section 1839(a)(1) ending with such subsequent
year (rounded to the nearest $1)'.
