RE: Request for Correction (Removal) of Information Found On the QIVD Section of the FDA Web Site

Dear Mr. Davis:

This letter is an interim response to your request for correction of information pursuant to the Federal Data Quality Act, the HHS Information Quality Guidelines and the FDA's Guidelines for Ensuring the Quality of Information Disseminated to the Public.

We wrote to you on January 17, 2006, indicating that we would need additional time to complete our response. At this time we are continuing to prepare our response but will need additional time to coordinate Agency review. Our goal is to have a response to you within 60 days of this letter.
