Through the administration of the Office of the Secretary’s Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Trust Fund (OS-PCORTF), the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) coordinates across agencies to improve the collection, linkage, and analysis of data for patient-centered outcomes research. The OS-PCORTF Annual Reports highlight the accomplishments of active multi-agency projects to build data capacity and support the mission of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to advance science and improve knowledge about the comparative effectiveness of health care interventions. The reports focus on projects aligned with national health priorities and also highlight major accomplishments from projects that recently completed their work and provides links to the publicly-available products they have developed to support patient-centered outcomes research.
