Online preregistration is now closed. Persons who wish to attend the meeting can register onsite the day of the meeting (see below).

Name badges and meeting materials will be available at the registration desk beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Onsite registration

Persons who are not able to register online will still be allowed to attend the meeting. Onsite registration will be available on the day of the meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. To expedite the onsite registration process, we recommend printing and completing the PDF version of the registration form and bringing it with you to the meeting. Registration forms will also be available onsite.

Sign-up for public comments

Individuals who wish to make comments must sign-up at the registration desk no later than 2:00 p.m. Speakers will be called in the order their names appear on the sign-up sheet and allowed a maximum of 5 minutes to make their comments.
