Onsite registration

Persons who are not able to register online will still be allowed to attend the meeting. Onsite registration will be available on the day of the meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. To expedite the onsite registration process, we recommend printing and completing the PDF version of the registration form and bringing it with you to the meeting. Registration forms will also be available onsite.

Sign-up for public comments

If you wish to make public comments at the meeting, please sign up at the registration desk no later than 2:00 p.m. Commenters will be called to speak at the meeting in the order their names appear on the sign-in sheet, and each speaker will be allowed up to 5 minutes to present comments.
